I purchased and downloaded my illustrations, but I don't recognize the file extension ".zip". How do I open the illustration files once I've downloaded them? The file extension ".zip" is used for WinZipped files. WinZip was used to compress all of the download files on this site in order to keep the file sizes as small as possible and keep download times as fast as possible. If you are using a Mac instead of a PC, decompression programs such as StuffIt Expander will unzip a WinZip file.
